In observance of Washington’s Birthday our offices will close at 4:00pm (EST) on Friday February 12th, 2010 and
reopen once more at 9:00am (EST) on Tuesday February 16th, 2010

In observance of Easter, our offices and all of our African counterpart offices will close at 4:00pm (EST) on
Thursday April 01st, 2010 and reopen once more at 9:00am (EST) on Monday April 05th, 2010

In observance of Memorial Day our offices will close at 4:00pm (EST) on Friday May 28th, 2010 and reopen once
more at 9:00am (EST) on Tuesday June 01st, 2010

In observance of Independence Day our offices will close at 4:00pm (EST) on Friday July 02nd, 2010 and reopen

In observance of Thanksgiving Day our offices will close at 4:00pm (EST) on Wednesday November 24th, 2010
and reopen once more at 9:00am (EST) on Monday November 29th, 2010

In observance of Christmas Day our offices will close at 4:00pm (EST) on Thursday December 23rd, 2010 and
reopen once more at 9:00am (EST) on Monday December 27th, 2010

In observance of New Years Day our offices will close at 4:00pm (EST) on Thursday December 30th, 2010 and
reopen once more at 9:00am (EST) on Monday January 03rd, 2011

Starting Thursday December 23rd, 2010 through to and including Monday January 10th, 2011, our offices will
operate with a skeleton staff compliment
